Subscription Personal Training

**New Subscription Personal Training Program coming APRIL 1**

This new program is tailored to anyone wanting to follow a detailed, yet basic and easy-to-follow workout plan, without having to meet 1-on-1 with a trainer.

$10/month

Start and stop, switch goal category, or change to in-person personal training, whenever you want.

Clients choose between 7 goal categories:

    • General Fitness: Well-balanced program made for those who want to become a healthier/more fit version of themselves.
    • Weight Loss: Program targeted towards people whose primary goal is to lose weight and drop body fat. Workouts are geared more towards a HIIT/circuit style of approach.
    • Muscle Gain: For those looking to put on mass and add some size to their frame. Workouts are primarily hypertrophy focused, moderate weight and mid-range to higher reps. Workouts are split based on muscle groups.
    • Strength: Ultimate goal is to get stronger in the main compound lifts, focusing on progressive overload, heavier weights, and lower reps. Workouts are split based on movement patterns.
    • Athlete: For the serious athlete, looking to become more explosive, powerful, quicker, and faster.
    • Active Senior: Utilizing the upstairs cardio, selectorized machines and lighter free weights so our senior clientele can follow a program in a low risk/safer environment to work towards a healthier, stronger version of themselves.
    • Youth Beginner: 12-14 year olds. They must earn their Gold Card first by taking the Youth Fitness class. Simple, yet well-balanced program with a focus on using the cardio, Technogym, Freemotion, and free weight equipment upstairs on the Wellness Floor.

*Each program consists of a certain number of workouts, each one with a proper warm-up, main exercises, cool-down and stretch routine.
