If you want to burn calories, get great cardio workouts, along with toning, building endurance, and muscle strength, this is the class for you! This class is done in chest deep water and provides a more intense spin to our more familiar Aquacise class. This class will utilize all equipment our aquatics facility has to offer.

5:30 - 6:15am - Don't pace yourself - PUSH yourself!

Using stationary bikes, an instructor coaches you through a high energy, calorie and fat burning session. The coach's commands and the pounding beat of the music while cycling side by side with others builds energy and provides motivation. This class can accommodate beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness because you control the bike's resistance. Everyone should bring a water bottle to every class. Class is limited in size, you are encouraged to reserve your bike up to one day in advance at the front desk or call (402)371-9770.

This 30-minute workout really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Ideal for tightening your midsection and gluteals, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It will help you run faster, play harder, and stand stronger!

Using stationary bikes, power through a 45 minute ride inside; as the instructor motivates you through a fun, high energy session. Great music to match the speed, hills and drills. Through adding resistance or picking up the pace, you will get in the mileage and burn the calories. This class accommodates all levels as you control the resistance. After 45 minutes, exit the bike to begin 15 minutes of ab exercises that totally change the way you exercise your core. Also, you will learn the most important core muscles for cycling. A strong core is important for a strong, long ride! Be sure to bring a water bottle!
