Group Fitness offers everything you need to stay on track with your fitness goals: trained instructors motivate you, great music energizes you and safe, effective moves transform you! Whether you are looking for an alternative to the treadmill, or wanting to tone and strengthen those muscles. Working out in a group atmosphere provides guidance and support, as well as encouragement, accountability, fun, and RESULTS.
Our Group Fitness Classes welcome ALL fitness levels to participate safely and effectively. If you are new to a fitness class arrive early and meet the instructor and get informed about the class. Attendees are welcome to stay in class as long as they feel comfortable.
